Founded in 2016, Find Solution Ai Limited (FSAI) aims to provide clients from a wide range of industries with personalized, innovative solutions by adopting AI technologies, and ultimately reconstruct the society through science and technology. FSAI has embraced advanced technologies and integrated AI into the practice of supporting new product development. By leveraging the best attributes of new technologies to turn education more interactive, FSAI aims at promoting an extraordinary self-motivated learning model to augment students’ learning experience while providing better support for teachers. “Apart from developing education-focused software, FSAI strives to achieve ground-breaking developments for different sectors including corporate management, e-commerce, and healthcare,” says Matthijs Dolsma, CTO of FSAI.

FSAI's professional team with over ten years of experience in the AI field spent more than six years to developing quality products. One such product is an AI-Driven Motivation Platform, 4LittleTrees (4LTs) that offers analysis reports enabling teachers to identify knowledge gaps among students and modify teaching materials when appropriate. 4LTs’ unique patented motivation model promotes adaptive learning and increases the effectiveness of teaching and guides students to proactively solve problems and build self-confidence. The model with over 30 patents provides users with ground-breaking innovations and personalized learning experience.
The 4LTs system can detect student’s motivation using interaction analysis and emotion detection in real-time and identify facial expressions which indicate where one struggles to understand a particular subject, thus allowing teachers to provide immediate guidance. The system can also predict students’ strength and weaknesses based on study history and organize suitable revision plan automatically. On top of that, the software features big data system to analyze the learning patterns, an AI professional system to precisely predict academic performance, as well as natural language processing and machine learning system to further track the learning progress. The data collected would generate a comprehensive report to understand learners’ progress and organize suitable revision plan automatically.

Over the years, more than 20 local schools subscribed to FSAI’s 4LTs. Similarly, the company has successfully conducted pilot programs in over 100 local schools. Upon on-site classroom testing with 300 students involved, the average score of these students improved as much as 10 points after introducing the motivation model. “Compared to passive traditional learning methodologies, the motivation model is more effective in promoting active learning, hence increases the effectiveness of teaching,” remarks Dolsma.

On the other hand, FSAI provides a corporate training system that helps analyze the ability of each employee and provide customized training according to one's knowledge, capabilities and learning progress as well as assess their performance. The AI system provides the most suitable training based on the performance of each learner, ensuring to optimize learning outcomes and boost learning efficiency. The system’s big data component evaluates the learning progress of each learner. Also, it helps to compare the learning curve with other learners; the system provides insight for further learning needs to the company.

To strengthen its position in the market, FSAI has raised $ 5 Mn in Series A Funding and is starting Series B. The raised funds will be invested in research and development to improve the system, build on new product lines, and expand to overseas market including Singapore, Japan, and the US. FSAI will also participate in various types of exhibitions and entrepreneurial platforms more actively in order to increase its exposure to different business opportunities. FSAI is now working with a number of renowned universities to conduct comprehensive research on its innovative solutions. “We believe that our AI technology will become more applicable to daily lives and will greatly improve the quality of living,” says Dolsma.
